On 4/11/2009 at 1920 to 2000 hours:
Ran the fitness course around my apartment and added a little spice
Started with some KB flips on the 12kg.
The Murph and I then ran about .33 miles
Pumped out 10 Burpees (Murphy watched)
Climbed a hill
Did some sprints
30 Jumping Jacks
10 Pull ups (not in succession see elbow pain)
Did some Ring Tricks Rolling over and back
-No go on the Muscle Up
Inclined ab raises
Sprint
30 Air Squats
20 Leg Raises
5 Lengths on the parallel bars
Sprint
1 High Box jump on a retaining wall
Note: I have been reading Native Fitness this workout was somewhat inspired by that.
