Saturday Workout 1/31/09

10 Minute Alternating Swings
--3 Minute Rest

10 Minute Jerk
--3 Minute Rest

10 Minute Clean
--3 Minute Rest

10 Minute Chair Press
--3 Minute Rest
------5 Minutes Each Hand 1 Hand Switch for all exercises-----

5 Minutes of random Ab work

Warm Up
Rotations Head to Toe
Deck Squat to Push Up
Deck Squat to Kick Outs
Lunges
5 TGU's

I felt strong for the swings I used the 16kg for the rest 20kg
The chair press was more like the chair rack just a matter of survival.

In the pursuit of my gymnastic dream I attempted some hand stands I think it is a matter of courage to get my legs up. To build my pride I did some cart wheels.
