On it again

After about a month long hiatus from kettlebells I decided to get back on it. I have not avoided fitness per say just varying my routine.

Today's Workout

2 minutes on 20 secs rest

1. 16kg Alt Swings
(note that worked something loose longer than 30 sec. break)
2. 16kg OA Cleans switch at the minute
3. 16kg Snatch switch at the minute
4. 16kg OA Jerks switch at the minute
5. 16kg OA Press switch at the minute
6. 16kg Goblet Squat
7. 16kg 2bl rack hold
8. Burpees
9. 16kg 2bl Clean
10. Flutter kick ab variation
11. 24kg Swing 2 hand

Overall I felt pretty good definitely noticed the difference after focusing on more endurance activities and less strength.

Catching Up

Over the past few weeks I have been having a blast riding my bike. I picked up the bells and started goofing around a bit and realized the loss of strength. I focus my activities on the weather so being outside has been my priority. I was looking forward to the NYC course so now I have to focus my energy elsewhere. Well no real intent on this post just staying updated somewhat. I intend on getting back into strength soon after this cold allergy thing passes.
